About

I’m a sociable and ambitious individual, with a hard work ethic and determination to succeed in the fashion industry. I have recently completed a degree in Fashion Business and Promotion at the University of Salford, where I have received a First Class degree. My experience spans the creative, retail, and hospitality industries, making me highly adaptable and confident working in a variety of fast-paced and people-focused environments.

From roles in waitressing and bar work to creative projects during my degree, I’ve developed strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills. Working under pressure in busy hospitality settings taught me how to stay calm, organised, and deliver excellent service skills that transfer well into any professional environment.

Academically, I’ve built a solid foundation in fashion business, trend forecasting, visual communication, and consumer behaviour. I’ve also developed creative and technical skills, including photography and proficiency in Adobe software, which I’ve used across various university projects.

I’m now keen to gain further industry experience, expand my skill set, and bring my passion, creativity, and strong work ethic to new opportunities in the fashion and creative industries.

As an admin assistant, I was occasionally called in on days I wasn’t at college to support staff with a range of office tasks. This included filing documents, answering phone calls and emails, and helping keep the office organised. The role helped me build professional communication skills and gain experience in a structured work environment.

At SPAR Salford, I was trusted with overseeing the shop floor during 12-hour shifts, where I managed daily operations and ensured smooth service. My responsibilities included training new staff, handling customer queries, restocking shelves, and maintaining store standards.
