In the Creative Promotion module, we explored the vital role that first impressions and innovative branding play in the success of a new product or company. This real-life industry project, in collaboration with external partners, involved developing a full communication press pack to be presented to magazines, retailers, and PR agencies. I was assigned the brand Bare for the Skin, a vegan and cruelty-free skincare company based in Manchester. As part of the project, we were tasked with presenting our creative vision directly to the brand’s founder. I took a bold, imaginative approach by crafting a concept where the skincare line was positioned as a dream-like experience—resulting in a fantasy-inspired “dream world” visual identity. My creative direction included a photoshoot I conducted independently, overseeing all aspects from hair, makeup, and styling to photography and set design.
