As part of our merchandising model project, we were challenged to design and create a physical shop window display using a current brand, while identifying areas for improvement. I chose Savage X Fenty, as despite its strong online presence and inclusive brand identity, it currently lacks a strong physical retail presence—especially in high street locations. This presented an exciting opportunity to imagine how the brand could translate its bold, empowering aesthetic into a physical space. My display focused on creating a visually striking and body-positive environment using bold colour palettes, diverse mannequins, and interactive elements that reflect the brand’s values. By bringing Savage X Fenty into a retail context, the window aimed to spark curiosity, encourage in-store engagement, and strengthen the brand's connection with customers offline.
